For Orange Meals:

Tangerines, Kumquats, and Papaya
For Green Meals:
Lettuce, Spinach, Beans, Kale, Cabbage, Celery, Peas, Lima
Beans, Collard greens, Turnip Greens, Zucchini, Apples, Onions,
and Broccoli
