Hatha yoga

basic form of yoga. Highly regarded within the United States. Hatha Yoga is the
muse of all Yoga systems. Hatha Yoga is the preparation for greater Yogas. Ha
means "sun" and tha means "moon." Thus, Hatha Yoga refers to optimistic (solar)
and to unfavorable (moon) currents in the system. These currents are to be
balanced and mastered in order that very important power, prana, could be
regulated, the thoughts cleared and super conscious states experienced.
The best way to
apply the Hatha Yoga poses (Asanas) is to method the practice session in a
peaceful, meditative mood. Sit quietly for just a few moments, then begin the
sequence, slowly, with control and beauty, being inwardly aware because the
