Lime Wine Punch

A refreshing drink especially on hot days in summer.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup sugar
2 fifths of dry white wine
2 fresh limes, thinly sliced and seeds removed
2 bottles (l0 oz. (300 ml) each) chilled club soda
Ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine the lime juice, pineapple juice and sugar. Stir to dissolve.

2. Add wine and sliced limes. Chill for a couple of hours.

3. Just before serving, add chilled club soda.

Serve in tall glasses over ice.

About 12 servings
