instructor of perception meditation in suburban Boston.

and permits us to wake up and re-consider the best way that we dwell our lives,"
says Napier. "We notice that the one thing lacking is mindfulness, and that's
what we practice."
Depression:
Feelings of helplessness, hopelessness and isolation are hallmarks of
melancholy-the nation's most prevalent mental well being problem. Meditation
increases self-confidence and feelings of connection to others. Many research
have shown that depressed folks feel a lot better after eliciting the comfort
response.
