Hear the phrase you stated diminishing in quantity till it disappears,
then hear the phrase you need to say grow louder.
Alternately, you may see the "image" of what you did not like go spin
away from you and have the picture of what you do want spin in the
direction of you.
On this way we reduce the significance of the adverse thought and
provides larger significance to the constructive thought.
