Affirmation-Meditation Approach
Search for divine inspiration whereas repeating your affirmation
Sit quietly and ask your interior information, universe, God, and/or
guardian angel (whatever suits your belief system) for insights, help
and guidance. Then quietly repeat your affirmation for 10-15 minutes.
Sit quietly fo 5 minutes afterwards for any insights.
Affirmation-Train Method
Very nice for active folks and for a lot of health related goals.
Repeat your affirmations while exercising. Equivalent to, "I am strong"
or "I am actually enhancing" and so on. Quickly they are going to be a
part of your thought procedure. Repeating these affirmations becomes
self-fulfilling since you'll have more enjoyable and see extra results.
Because of that we'll tend to stay with this system and perhaps even
work harder.
Affirmation-Integration Technique
A technique for actively working in your objectives
While repeating your constructive affirmation, actively think of ways to
combine your affirmations into your life. For example: if your
affirmation is "I've an incredible xyz": discover methods of loving
your xyz, bettering your relationship with xyz, and greatest ways of
achieving xyz.
