Affirmation-Writing Method
I call this technique "Giving the problem to Spirit". Scott Adams used a
version of this method to vary his life. It worked properly for him,
maybe it's going to work for you.
Merely sit down at a table and write what you prefer to in your life 15
times every day. An instance is: "I am wholesome, completely happy,
sensible and free". If you end up completed know that the universe is
taking good care of it.
Some folks will take that writing and tuck it right into a revered
place, similar to their bible, or another place of respect. Do not just
toss it into the junk drawer. Which means that you're disrespectful of
your thoughts.
