Affirmations for Internal Therapeutic
I'm at peace with myself and settle for my oneness with all life.
I draw
from the wellspring of the Source to fill my heart with love, pleasure,
peace, magnificence, and grace. As I fill myself I've greater than
sufficient to nourish myself and others. My wisdom guides me second by
second to know easy methods to act, easy methods to suppose, and what to
say.
I settle for the rhythm of life with its periods of nice exercise
and fellowship with others and its intervals of silence and quiet time
to be alone. I feel secure and secure, understanding the higher
knowledge of the Universe is always there to listen, comfort,
information, educate, and heal me by meditation and prayer. As I learn
to connect an increasing number of with my true Self, I give up all ache
and struggling that I have precipitated myself by my miscreations.
I
accept accountability for my life and see deeper that means behind all
experiences.
I forgive myself for being unaware and for permitting
conditions to proceed that did not help my highest good and spiritual
intentions. I forgive others with the intention to stop the wounds of
the previous from coloring the present.
I accept the ability of Like to
heal all ache and struggling so I can extend love to all others, even
these whom I select to not have an energetic relationship with, that I
dislike, or who've harm me. Current grievances roll off my back like
water off a duck.
In my new world nothing is a mistake, every part is of
worth for the upliftment of my consciousness.
I take full responsibility to be the gardener of my life,
frequently planting new seeds of transformation and pulling the weeds of
my miscreations. At the moment is a new starting in consciousness and I
exploit my inventive power to draw to me conditions and people that
assist me heal emotionally and spiritually and to actualize my
potential.
I rejoice in my new life as I stay from the total place of
unconditional Love, Mild, and Power.
I play the hand I used to be dealt
willingly, joyfully, and with awareness. I love myself and respect my
life.
