Bach Flower remedies-Heather
Heather
is for people who find themselves obsessed with themselves but don't
prefer to be alone. Dr Bach called them 'buttonholers' as a result of
they latch onto individuals, all the time talking at exhaustive size
about their issues, nice and small, till individuals start actively to
avoid them. Thus the thing Heather individuals worry - loneliness - is
caused because of their behaviour.
The
remedy helps us see our personal concerns in the context of different
people's. Having suffered ourselves from the necessity to discuss, we
develop into good listeners. Because of this people search us out for
our compassion rather than avoiding us because of our self-centeredness.
