Decide what space of your life you wish to work on and then decide what

affirmations:
Use the present or previous tense. Don't use the longer term tense. You
need your thoughts to understand it has already occurred
Be Positive. Use essentially the most optimistic phrases you can. Never
use negatives in affirmations
Write them. As you are studying to do affirmations, write them down so
you'll bear in mind exactly what you need to say. Hold them brief and
really specific. Personalize them along with your name.
Believe. At all times consider that what you are saying is happening.
The more you believe, the stronger the affirmation.
Repetition. Being
respective and persistent helps to set them in your
head and in your unconscious being.
Time. Always have a specific time each day set aside in your
meditations, affirmations and visualizations. It will help set a pattern
for you so you will do them daily.
