Power of Affirmations
Affirmations are constructive statements that describe a desired state
of affairs, and that are repeated many instances, as a way to impress
the subconscious mind and set off it into constructive action. In order
to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they must be repeated
with attention, conviction, curiosity and desire.
Imagine that you're swimming with your pals in a swimming pool. They
