Reflexology-Pinching Ideas
Begin
your stress-free ten minute hand reflexology therapy by pinching the
information of each finger and thumb of your proper hand. Reverse and
repeat this course of on your left hand. The stress applied to your

High of Hand with Thumb
Rest the
palm of your hand contained in the palm of your free hand. Use your
thumb to massage the again of your hand. Leisurely manipulate the
knuckles and in between knuckle space first. Proceed thumb massaging each
space on the back of the hand.

Interior Wrists
Gently
cradle your wrist inside your free hand. Use your thumb to therapeutic
massage your internal wrist. That is an especially soothing therapeutic

movements (i.e. computer mousing).
