A Star Chart is a snapshot in time.
It’s a shorthand diagram, a two-dimensional
illustration of a 4-dimensional subject. It has to take into account
the location of anybody on Earth, the situation around the Ecliptic
of each of your planets and the signs of the Zodiac, the "arc" or
height above or under the horizon of every of the planets, and the
time all of this occurred. It will be a really advanced drawing.
The Chart has several totally different elements.
First, the spoked circles, looking like a bicycle wheel, signify the
Zodiac and the Houses.
The Zodiac are the constellations in the sky at
the time whomever was born. The Chart is an try to find the place of

The Houses are a separate, concentric circle,

Every planet (including Sun and Moon) will fall
inside a House. That planet is then stated to rule that house. Each
of your twelve Homes controls a different facet of an individual’s
life. If a planet falls inside a house, it’s a sure wager that that
planet goes to get a major influence over that aspect-above and past
whatever the common tendencies of whomever born below that sign may
be.
