Where To Do The
Yoga-Asanas And What To Wear
Make sure you have good ventilation in the room the place you exercise. Use a
thick rug or about an inch thick agency foam. Don't do them on the bed since
it's too smooth, or on the ground without some padding, since that may be too
hard.
Put on loose clothing, since tight garments will prohibit the circulation to
some areas of the body. This may defeat one of many purposes of the Asanas, that
of accelerating the circulation to varied parts of the body.
Primary approach
-
Slowly, with no pressure
-
Breathe slowly and deeply with the stomach only. When inhaling, push out; when
exhaling, let it return
-
Think about the principle organ or gland (with your eyes closed)
-
Be regular - aim to do the routine six occasions a week.
