Combating constipation:
Your growing uterus and baby maybe putting a squeeze on your intestines, causing
a slow down of digestion. Hormonal changes may also be relaxing your muscles to
allow the uterus to grow, which also slows down digestion.
The best way to combat this is to increase your fiber and fluid intake. Try
avoiding foods like beans, broccoli, cabbage, onions and fried foods.
