MORNING SICKNESS
* One reason for morning sickness is for your body to create a health
environment for the fetus to grow. This is achieved by eliminating toxins
dangerous to the unborn. Detoxification prior to pregnancy would be
beneficial.
* One cause of morning sickness is your body has become too dehydrated and needs
more moisture.
Be sure to consume plenty of fluids,
especially water, diluted juices and herbal teas. Lemon water helps neutralize
the body and eliminate some mucus buildup, especially when first drank in the
morning.
Peppermint tea or peppermint spirits, red raspberry tea, chamomile tea to calm
the stomach, B complex vitamins, B6, B12 and plenty of green foods. Soda
crackers or dry toast is beneficial first taken in the morning.
