Pregnancy
Symptoms and signs in more detail
Tender Breasts: The increasing amount of HCG hormone will
cause your breasts to become more sensitive, larger and at times the veins in
your breasts will become more visible. You nipples may also become more erect
and darker.
Nausea/Vomiting (morning
sickness): There is no explanation as to why pregnant women feel
this or even a solution as to how to prevent it - however, eating small frequent
meals, and snacking on saltine crackers seems to give some kind of relief.
Eating a protein/carboy hydrate at bedtime (try an apple and a glass of milk)
tends to lessen the nausea that occurs in the morning.
Frequent urination: The growing baby in your uterus will be putting a
large amount of pressure on your bladder, causing you to need to relieve
yourself more frequently than normal.
Exhaustion: Your body has just had a large increase in hormone levels, as
well as running a higher temperature will be making you feel tired or even just
sluggish.
Fainting/Dizziness: You may feel dizzy after standing in one place for a
long period of time, this is because the baby growing inside of your uterus will
be putting pressure on vital organs and arteries. Skipping of meals or going for
long periods of time will also cause you to feel dizzy.
