and Regulations
1 The contents
of this page are only guidelines for you in general. They may nat be
applicable in every individual or case.
2 The person
concerned must ensure looking at the problem /situation from every
point of view, short term and long term, before taking any decisions

3 We at
Dhyansanjivani are not responsible for any of the poojas ,Anushtaans
,products, that we sell or perform ,any service related matter, that
do not work ,or come up to your expectations or go wrong.
4 As this is
totally a matter of faith and belief .We do not take any kind of
guarantee or warranty of the effect ,of any of our Poojas ,Hommas,
Anushtaans ,spiritual or religious based products etc.
5 This is
totally a Spiritual field and a belief system is to be strictly
followed .
6 The money if
refunded according to our rules and regulations .will be 33% the
rest 67% is for consultation charges and cost of pooja products.
because our cash starts the moment you agree to the pooja ,and we
will be able to refund only 33% of the free.
7 Our aim is
that you benefit and help othere ,if you misuse it or loose or use
it for ulterior motives we are not to be held responsible.
8 The products
sent by us are authentic and tested by our academy ,if by chance you
feel it is wrong ,or does not come up to your expectations, or if it
is wrong according to youor if you misuse it .We are not to be held
responsible.
9 If any
argument rises or if you do not trust please do not submit or accept
the form.
10 Any kind of
saadhna or practice is to be done totally on your matter of faith
and your misuse or abuse is not our responsibility.
11 The shipping
of products has two options one is minimum 15 days or experess
delevery will take 4 to 5 business days.Or depends on courier
company.
12 Animal
products like Siyarsingi hatajodi billi ki naal and anushtaan ash is
not allowed abroad no enquiries in this matter will be entertained.
13 Indian
couriers take about 4-5 office working day in main cities,other
remote places it will take postal time.
14 Aacharyajis
books contain tantra procedures and saadhnaas ,do not do these at
home ,it is to be practiced under proper supervision, we do not take
any kind of responsibility of anything that goes wrong.
15 Aacharyaji
teaches hundreds of people so if sany person out of these do not
grasp or understand it ,we are not to be held responsible.
16 The things
or articles used in Yantra saadhna are to be used by your descrition
and if you do used it by a certified tested tantrik,we are not
responsible for anything that goes wrong or backfires.
17 every person
is having his own Karmas (deeds) ,every pooja Anushtan or homam is a
procedure to cut down or reduce the past bad karmas ,the result of
it will vary from person to person.the timings in days specified is
for rules purposes only.
18. All rights
regarding articles published in the magazine and this website are
reserved with the magazine and owner and staff itself.
19. Publication of any article does not imply that the editor agrees
to the views expressed.
20. Unbelieving readers/individuals may consider everything
published as mere gossip.
21. Any name, place or event mentioned herein has no relation to any
one or any place or event.
22. It is mere coincidence if any name/event matches with those in

from any place people are free to buy them from outside .
28. If the readers so wish they can be sent these articles from the
magazine or website address office, and though every effort is made
to ensure that these are authentic but still we shall not be
responsible for their genuineness or their effect/non effect.
29. Readers must order on their own faith.
30. No dispute will be sustainable regarding the prices of the same.
31. If due to some unavoidable reasons the magazine becomes
quarterly or ceases publication then the subscription - whether for
one, two or five years - shall be considered over.

success/failure, loss/gain in any Sadhana published in the magazine

35. A Sadhak should not do any Sadhana or use any Mantra in a manner
which is against the moral, social, legal and ethical rules/norms.
36. Articles published are basically the thoughts/views of Yogis and
ascetics, while the editorial staff has only given them form of
readable articles.
37. Articles from back issues are also republished on demand by
readers and so that new readers could also benefit from the same.
38. Sadhaks or writers also send details regarding their own
authentic experiences with Mantras, Tantra and Yantras (which might
be different from views in Shastras).
39. Hence any criticism shall be of no avail.
40. Responsibility regarding photographs/sketches appearing on cover
page or this website inside will be that of the photographer or
artist sending the same.
41. Receiving Diksha does not mean that benefits related to it will
be attained immediately.
42. This is a process that works slowly and steadily, hence one
should go in for Diksha only with full faith.
43. No complaint or criticism in this regard shall be sustainable.
