Get all the rest you need
Relaxing, weather it is reading, a warm bath or shower, or just some quiet time
before you go to bed can make a huge difference during your pregnancy. If you
are also napping during the day, try and nap in the morning, as this is less
likely to interfere with your night time sleeping routine.
Eat Correctly
Eating the correct Foods and drinking the correct amount of water, will make all
the difference to you and your baby, as it grows inside of you. Remember to eat
more small meals rather than fewer larger meals, as your stomach and intestines
are going to be under more pressure than usual as your baby grows.
Exercise!!
The benifits of the right kind of exercise during pregnancy are many. Not only
will it help you loose weigh after your pregnancy, it will also help you control
your weight gain. Exercising during pregnancy will also help you relax more, and
help you relieve any stress that you might have.
Plan your days
If you know that you are going to be entertaining guests, or spending a long
time on your feet, try and plan a head. Wear comfortable shoes, and clothes.
Also try and sit down when ever you can.
Comfortable clothes
Clothes can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable, especially in summer. try not
to wear clothes that are tight, rather go for loosely fitting dresses or
maternity pants and a loose blouse.
