Breast Feeding Advice
The more you breast feed the more milk your body will produce, so breast feed
often and early. New born Babies often feed every 2 hours, but babies often
breast feed for more reasons than just hunger, so allow them to feed when ever
they want, offering both breasts.
Weaning your baby
Generally babies are weaned at the end of the second year, although it is not
unusual that some babies breast feed all the way up to the end of the third
year. I would say, wean your baby when you feel comfortable.
When you wean your baby, start off by stopping one or two feedings a day until
your baby isn't breast feeding any more. It is important to substitute the
breast feeding with Cuddling and love, so that both mother and baby don't miss
the Bonding that the breast feeding created.
